Our First Smile

Thursday, June 5th, marks the date of her first, real smile! She had been smiling in her sleep for quite sometime but Thursday she was wide awake while we were enjoying the beautiful day on our back porch. She looked up at me with her big eyes and smiled the sweetest smile! One of the best Mommy-Daughter moments I've had yet! She even smiled for Daddy later on. I didn't catch a picture of the smile, but here she is enjoying the outdoors. She loves to sit on the back porch and listen to the wind chimes.
